Our spacious cottages are beautifully settled among trees within 300 yards of the marina...far enough for quiet and comfort, close enough for lakeside excitement!
You'll find all-electric kitchens equipped with stove, oven, double sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric toasters, coffeemakers, can openers, dishes, standard cookware and flatware...just like home!
Each cottage has a screened porch or deck overlooking the lake as well as a picnic table and charcoal grill. Enjoy our outdoor pool, playground and tennis court!
Towels and linens are provided with daily towel service and garbage pick-up.

Deposits and Payments |

- A deposit of 40% of the total stay is required at the time reservations are made.
- Written confirmation of payment will be sent to you each time a payment is made towards your balance.
- Your balance is due at check-in.
- In lieu of a security deposit, a credit card is required to make a guaranteed reservation. NO exceptions!
- Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day holidays will require a minimum 3 night stay.

- Check in is at 3 p.m.
- Occasionally, during peak seasons, your unit may not be ready at 3 p.m.
- Check-out is 11 a.m. or earlier. NO exceptions!
- We are not responsible for items left behind.

Cancellations and Refunds |
Rental Units |
- Refund of payments will not be given for early departure, late arrivals, or no-shows.
- All cancellations must be given in writing.
- If the reservation is cancelled (in writing) a minimum of 60 days prior to scheduled check-in date, and the unit is re-rented for the entire original length of stay, a 75% refund will be given.
- If the unit is not re-rented for the entire original length of stay, there will not be a refund.

- All rental units are equipped for basic vacation needs. Bedding and bath towels are provided for the maximum number of possible guests stated for each unit. Paper towels and Coffee are not provided in our units.
- Each unit is guaranteed to contain at least one TV.
- Hair Dryers are not provided.
- Maintenance problems in the units will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment including TV’s, air conditioning units, hot water tanks, stoves, pools, refrigerators, door locks, etc.

- Cottage 6 and Cottage 16 are pet friendly.
- A $100 deposit will be required.
- There is a 30 lb weight restriction.
- Pet owner is responsible for waste removal.
- Pet MUST remain on a leash when outdoors.

- Parking passes are given to guests staying with us during peak season. These passes will permit you to park in the lower marina without charges.
- Please park all trailers in the designated parking area. Do not leave trailers in the lower parking area.

During Peak Season cottages are rented as follows:
Weekly Rentals: Sunday through Sunday
½ Week Rentals: Sunday through Thursday -or- Thursday through Sunday
